thank you for visiting my blog...too bad i can't understand what is written in yours though :p
ow is it good? :D
now i want to find it too ^^
well I'm a big fan of PKD so the answer is yes, despite his weird perspective of things and dark humor ;)
most people are turned off by the fact that he mostly wrote sci-fi/pulp...but trust me he is more than those "green martians" and "alien invasion" thingies. haha.
in my case i have to read least 4 novels (and a bunch of short stories) before truly appreciating his works. I'm currently re-reading "The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch".
wow! i'm sold! I'm gonna scour PP for PKD. :)
haha! just give him a try VJ! ...start with Ubik (some fans consider this his masterpiece...which is debatable).
good luck! =)
i think i saw a couple of PKD books in Bookay-Ukay. It's a used-books store along Maginhawa Street in Quezon City. You can check their site at http://bookay.multiply.com/.
:)
hi Lauren! went to bookay, but didn't buy any PKD novels there (bought Herman Melville's Typee instead...Moby Dick gave me hangover...) I still loaded with 4 PKD books waiting to be red (maybe I'll start reading them next year) because I'm still finishing Roberto BolaƱo's The Savage Detectives. its friggin epic.
In some cases they know every pupil in their school and can adjust to them. Teachers try everything to succeed with their pupils. Most of the pupils get additional help in their elementary school years,
